چکیده

Abstract We formulate a superhedging theorem in the presence of transaction costs and model uncertainty. Asset prices are assumed continuous uncertainty is modeled parametric setting. Our proof relies on new topological framework which no Krein–Smulian type available.

Superreplication under model uncertainty in discrete time

We study the superreplication of contingent claims under model uncertainty in discrete time. We show that optimal superreplicating strategies exist in a general measure-theoretic setting; moreover, we characterize the minimal superreplication price as the supremum over all continuous linear pricing functionals on a suitable Banach space. The main ingredient is a closedness result for the set of...

Continuous-Time Markowitz's Model with Transaction Costs

A continuous-time Markowitz’s mean-variance portfolio selection problem is studied in a market with one stock, one bond, and proportional transaction costs. This is a singular stochastic control problem, inherently with a finite time horizon. Via a series of transformations, the problem is turned into a so-called double obstacle problem, a well studied problem in physics and partial differentia...

Superreplication under Volatility Uncertainty for Measurable Claims

We establish the duality formula for the superreplication price in a setting of volatility uncertainty which includes the example of random G-expectation. In contrast to previous results, the contingent claim is not assumed to be quasi-continuous.

The Fundamental Theorem of Asset Pricing for Continuous Processes under Small Transaction Costs

A version of the fundamental theorem of asset pricing is proved for continuous asset prices with small proportional transaction costs. Equivalence is established between: (a) the absence of arbitrage with general strategies for arbitrarily small transaction costs ε > 0, (b) the absence of free lunches with bounded risk for arbitrarily small transaction costs ε > 0, and (c) the existence of ε-co...

Portfolio Optimization under Transaction Costs in the Crr Model Portfolio Optimization under Transaction Costs in the Crr Model

In the CRR model we introduce a transaction cost structure which covers piecewise proportional, fixed and constant costs. For a general utility function we formulate the problem of maximizing the expected utility of terminal wealth as a Markov control problem. An existence result is given and optimal strategies can be described by solutions of the dynamic programming equation. For logarithmic u...
